Automation Partner (a brand of SVIK SOLUTION) provides digital SaaS solutions. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. Digital Service Acknowledgment

By purchasing a plan on Automation Partner, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service (SaaS) and not a physical product. Once the service is fully activated and the WhatsApp API is connected to your number, the purchase is considered consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Refund Window under the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
  • Your WhatsApp Business API account has not been activated and linked to the platform.
  • You have not sent any messages using the platform.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Your WhatsApp Business API is active and functional.
  • Your account is suspended by Meta (WhatsApp) for violating their Commerce or Business Policies (e.g., sending spam).
  • The 7-day refund window has passed.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation and refund, please email our support team at sviksolution@gmail.com with your order details and payment receipt. If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
